Shipping policy

For shipping and packaging, we charge between €2.90 and €6.90 per order, depending on the number of items. Shipping costs are €6.90 for up to 6 bottles, €5.90 for up to 17 bottles, €3.90 for up to 23 bottles, and €2.90 for 24 bottles (and more). The corresponding shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart.

In the shop, you can pay via PayPal, direct debit, or credit card. If you select the payment method "Self-collection on site in Hanover", shipping costs are automatically waived. However, please ensure you contact us to arrange a collection date.

If the delivery driver does not find you in person, the parcel will either be redelivered, left with a neighbor, or deposited at a DPD Pickup parcel shop near you. You can then collect the parcel within the next 7 business days before it is returned to us. Additional costs may be incurred if a parcel is returned due to failure to collect it on time.

Alternative Delivery Address

Have your order delivered to a preferred address within Germany. To conveniently have your order delivered to a business address or another recipient, you have the option to specify a delivery address different from the billing address during the ordering process. Both the billing and delivery addresses must be within the delivery area of the online store.

Please understand that not all items can be delivered to a Packstation.

Shipping Status

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. With your shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the status of your order online and, if necessary, redirect your order to a Pickup parcel shop or a neighbor. DPD Tracking

Please note that the tracking number is activated approximately one business day after leaving the warehouse. If the number does not work immediately, please try again at a later time. Registered customers can also view the status of their order via their customer account under "My Orders".

PROTECTION OF MINORS

In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, we only deliver to persons aged 18 and over. With your purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

We deliver without a minimum order quantity and with a minimum order value of €12.

DELIVERY

Delivery of your order is usually made via DPD within 2 - 4 business days. Please also take into account the usual bottlenecks at shipping service providers, e.g., during the pre-Christmas period.
