Malt: Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, sour malt

Hops: Callista, Equanot, Hallertau Comet, Mosaic, Pacifica, Polaris, Simcoe

Yeast: bottom-fermented

Some experienced beer drinkers may wonder what an Imperial Pils is. That's a Bock beer... True, but not entirely. We brew the Moonshine just like a Pils, only stronger. This creates a separate category that is actually more reminiscent of IPAs than Bock beers. NOTE: Only brewed under a full moon ;-)

Optimal drinking temperature: 8-12 °C

Key data:

Dry-hopped pilsner with 7.0% alcohol by volume and 55 IBU, hop aroma varies with each brew. Strong hop bitterness paired with exciting fruit notes.

Goes well with:

as an aperitif, light salads, seafood, grilled food
